What we collect, what we do with it, and what you can do about it — written plain.

Last Updated: May 2026

The Short Version

We collect what we need to deliver your order and run the business — your name, address, phone, email, and payment details. We don't sell your data. We don't share it beyond the people who actually need it to get your order to your door. You can ask us to see, fix, or delete what we have at any time.

That's the whole policy in a paragraph. The rest just spells it out.

1. What We Collect

When you order: your name, phone number, email, delivery address, and payment information.

When you visit the site: standard analytics — IP address, browser, pages viewed, time on page. We use this to improve the site and spot bugs.

We don't store copies of your ID. Our drivers verify your age at the door by looking at it; we don't keep records or photos.

2. What We Do With It

Fulfill your order — pick the bottles, route the driver, charge your card, send you an update.

Reply when you contact us.

Improve the site and the service over time.

Send promotional emails only if you've opted in. You can unsubscribe with one click.

3. Age Verification

Ontario law requires anyone receiving alcohol to be 19 or older with valid government-issued photo ID. Our drivers check at the door, every time. We don't scan, photograph, or store your ID — they just look at it and confirm you're of legal age.

4. Who Sees Your Information

Our drivers — to deliver your order.

Our payment processor — to charge your card. We don't store full card numbers on our servers; the payment processor does that with bank-level security.

That's it. We don't sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone. Ever.

We may disclose information if a court or law enforcement legally compels us to, or to protect ourselves or others from harm.

5. Security

We use HTTPS across the site, encrypted payment processing, and access controls on our internal systems. Nothing on the internet is 100% secure, but we take reasonable, industry-standard steps to protect your data.

6. Your Rights

Under Canada's privacy law (PIPEDA), you can:

• See what personal information we have about you

• Correct anything that's wrong

• Ask us to delete it

• Withdraw consent for marketing emails at any time

Email [email protected] and we'll respond within 30 days.

7. Cookies

We use cookies to remember your preferences (cart contents, language, etc.) and to run analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser, but some parts of the site won't work properly without them.

We don't use cookies to track you across other websites.

8. Children

Our service is for people 19+ only. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 19. If you think a minor has given us information, email us and we'll delete it.

9. Changes to This Policy

If we update this policy, the new version replaces this page and the "last updated" date at the top changes. Significant changes get an email if you've ordered from us.
