The rules of using J&J Alcohol Delivery — written so a normal person can actually read them.

1. Who We Are

J&J Alcohol Delivery ("J&J," "we," "us") is a late-night alcohol delivery service operating across the Greater Toronto Area. By placing an order with us — through the website, by phone, or via WhatsApp — you agree to these Terms of Service.

If you don't agree with anything below, please don't use our service.

2. Eligibility — You Must Be 19+

You must be at least 19 years of age to place an order. By using J&J Alcohol Delivery, you confirm that you are of legal drinking age in Ontario.

Whoever receives the order at the door must also be 19+ and must present valid government-issued photo ID. Our drivers verify ID on every delivery, no exceptions. If no one of legal age is present, the driver will not leave the order.

3. Orders & Acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy products at the prices listed. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion. Common reasons we decline: product out of stock, address outside our delivery zone, suspected fraud, or inability to verify age at the door.

Until we accept your order and a driver is dispatched, no contract exists. We'll let you know promptly if your order can't be fulfilled.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in Canadian dollars and include applicable taxes unless noted. Delivery fees are added at checkout. We accept credit card, debit card, and cash on delivery. Tipping the driver is optional and appreciated.

We do not run surge pricing. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay at the door.

5. Delivery

We aim to deliver within 45 minutes across the GTA. Average door-to-door time is 35 minutes. Delivery times can vary based on traffic, weather, peak hours (Friday/Saturday 11 PM to 2 AM), and order volume.

Delivery is to the address you provide. If you're not at the address when the driver arrives, we'll attempt to contact you. If we can't, the order may be returned and a restocking fee may apply.

6. Age Verification at the Door

Ontario law requires us to verify age at the point of delivery. Have your photo ID ready. The receiver does not need to be the person who placed the order, but they must be 19+ with valid ID.

If the receiver appears intoxicated, the driver may refuse delivery in line with Ontario's responsible service rules. The order will be returned and a restocking fee may apply.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

You can cancel before a driver is dispatched at no charge — call (437) 328-0030. Once a driver is on the way, cancellation may incur a delivery fee.

If your order arrives damaged or wrong, contact us within 24 hours and we'll make it right (replacement, refund, or credit, our choice). Sealed alcohol that's been opened or used isn't returnable.

8. Acceptable Use

Don't use J&J Alcohol Delivery to: order on behalf of a minor; resell alcohol; harass our staff; submit false information; or anything illegal in Ontario.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who breaks these rules.

9. Disclaimers & Liability

Our products and service are provided "as is." We don't guarantee uninterrupted delivery, exact arrival times, or product availability.

To the maximum extent allowed by Ontario law, our total liability for any claim related to your order is capped at the amount you paid for that order. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Drink Responsibly

Alcohol can impair judgment and reaction time. Never drink and drive. If you or someone you know is struggling with alcohol, free, confidential help is available through ConnexOntario at 1-866-531-2600 or www.connexontario.ca.

11. Privacy

Our handling of your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy at jnjalcoholdelivery.ca/privacy-policy. Using our service means you accept that policy.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version always lives at this URL with a "last updated" date. Continued use of our service after a change means you accept the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Ontario.
