Toronto Pride 2026 Weekend Drinks Guide
Pride Weekend in Toronto is one of the biggest party windows of the year. Here's what to stock for a pre-parade brunch, a rooftop afterparty, or a Sunday recovery — with same-day GTA delivery the whole weekend.

Toronto Pride 2026 runs the last weekend of June, with the Pride Parade Sunday afternoon and the Trans March Friday evening. The Church-Wellesley Village turns into the city's biggest open-air party — and whether you're hosting a pre-parade brunch in the Annex, a rooftop afterparty downtown, or a quiet Sunday recovery in Leslieville, the drinks rotation should match the day.
Friday — Trans March Pre-Drinks
Light, low-ABV, easy to carry. The Aperol Spritz is the unofficial drink of summer Friday evenings in Toronto — 3 parts prosecco, 2 parts Aperol, 1 part soda over ice in a wine glass. One bottle of Aperol and one of prosecco makes about 10 spritzes.
Backup option: a Gin & Tonic with a long lime — Bombay Sapphire, Fever-Tree tonic, plenty of ice.
Saturday — Rooftop Cocktails
Saturday is the big party night. Bigger drinks for longer evenings. Three to stock:
- Margaritas (Patrón Silver, fresh lime, Cointreau) — built in a pitcher for groups
- Negronis (equal parts gin, Campari, sweet vermouth) — pre-batched in a bottle for easy pouring
- Vodka sodas with grapefruit (Grey Goose or Tito's, soda water, fresh grapefruit) — the lightest option
Sunday — Parade Day & Brunch
Brunch first. Mimosas in pitchers (fresh OJ, prosecco — 60/40 ratio in favour of bubbles), or Bellinis (prosecco + peach purée). One bottle of prosecco for every 4-5 people. Champagne if you want to do it properly — Moët or Veuve are the standard.
Parade lineup runs along Yonge from Bloor to Yonge-Dundas. The parade itself starts around 2 PM. If you're watching, hydrate hard between rounds — Toronto June afternoons can hit 28°C and Sunday parade-day dehydration is the most common day-ruiner.
Sunday Night — Recovery
Pride Weekend ends with a Sunday night that's quieter than the previous three days. Light wine, beer, and water. A chilled rosé and a couple of beers on the patio is the right closing note. Pinot Grigio works equally well if you've had your fill of pink wine.
